The STIHL GTA 30 battery pruner is ideal for domestic tree and shrub care, cutting wooden construction materials, and shredding garden waste. It also handles thicker branches with ease and is well suited for cutting deadwood into small amounts of firewood. Thanks to its strong cutting performance, it’s an excellent option for more demanding wood‑cutting jobs around the home. Chain tensioning is quick and tool‑free: simply open and close the chain sprocket cover. The orange fold‑out tensioning lever lets you set the correct chain tension easily and enables fast, tool‑free assembly of the cutting attachment after cleaning or chain changes—even while wearing gloves.
A powerful EC motor paired with the STIHL 1/4" PM3 saw chain ensures clean cuts and rapid progress. With the lightweight STIHL Light 01 guide bar, you can cut branches up to 15 cm in diameter comfortably and with low vibration.
