The STIHL MSA 190 T is a powerful battery chainsaw designed for professional tree service work. Ideal for crown maintenance, removing dead wood, and trunk and branch shoots, this saw allows tree care professionals to work ergonomically and
efficiently—even in noise-sensitive environments.
Thanks to its high chain speed and strong acceleration, the MSA 190 T enables fine, precise cuts with ease. It reaches a chain speed of up to 20 m/s, and the spiked bumper helps fix the saw in place on the wood for accurate cutting. A metal spiked bumper can also be retrofitted if needed. The mechanical operating system with a side locking button and ergonomic lever ensures convenient and safe operation.
This chainsaw is particularly well-suited for use in residential areas, care facilities, schools, and hospitals, where noise levels must be kept low.
For added convenience, the tool features a comfort ring for easy attachment, improving handling and freedom of movement. With the optional AP 2-in-1 Strap Adapter (sold separately), you can secure the battery to a belt strap, significantly reducing the weight of the saw during use.
The MSA 190 T is also Smart Connector-ready, allowing it to transmit tool data via Bluetooth®. This enables users to access important information about the tool’s status via smartphone or tablet.
All battery-powered tools in the STIHL AP System are built for professional use and daily operation, even in adverse weather conditions. They are certified as splashproof, with effectiveness verified through rigorous internal testing aligned with standards such as IPX4.
Warning: This special chainsaw is intended only for use by specialists trained in tree maintenance. Using this tool without proper training can lead to serious injury.
