HIGH PERFORMANCE IN COMPACT DESIGN. The electronic fuel injection control unit continuously calculates the correct fuel supply and the ideal ignition time, and injection is performed directly into the crankcase via the injection valve. Additionally, sensors measure air pressure and internal and external temperature, and pass information on to the control unit. This can use the identified values to determine the optimum fuel quantity and ignition timing. This means that your power tool offers more power from a similar weight and installation space compared to engines without injection.
STIHL INJECTION
HIGHLY POWER-EFFICIENT. With the STIHL 2-MIX engine, you can reduce exhaust emissions and fuel consumption, and therefore operating costs. This 2-stroke engine is low-maintenance and uses fuel efficiently even at high power levels. Use a mixture of petrol and engine oil as fuel. The STIHL 2-MIX engine complies with the strict EU Stage V emissions directive.

LIGHTWEIGHT AND STABLE. The cutting wheel guard ensures that you are not hit by flying cut material or cooling water from the cutting wheel. The cast magnesium guard is very lightweight and robust.
MAGNESIUM GUARD
The long-life air filter system with cyclone air routing ensures that 80% of the dust particles are separated and transported out into the surrounding air. In turn this enables an extremely long filter service life and makes the tool easy to maintain.
LONG-LIFE AIR FILTER SYSTEM
EXTENDS THE BELT’S SERVICE LIFE. Semi-automatic STIHL belt tensioning makes it easier for you to re-tension the drive belt. Consistent tension extends the service life of the belt and bearing. For more detailed information on re-tensioning, please refer to the operating manual.
SEMI-AUTOMATIC STIHL BELT TENSIONING
FOR MORE PLEASANT WORK. Vibrations can occur when you put your power tools through their paces, and these are particularly noticeable in the grip area. The buffer and spring elements of the STIHL anti-vibration system reduce the transmission of engine vibrations to the handle area and therefore to your body. The result is that your power tool is more comfortable to hold and your work is much less tiring.
STIHL ANTI-VIBRATION SYSTEM
EFFORTLESS START-UP. The decompression valve makes it easier to start your power tool. When starting, you can allow some of the compressed mixture to escape from the cylinder by opening the valve. This protects the start-up system and reduces the amount of force required on the starter cord.
MANUAL DECOMPRESSION
FOR PRECISE GUIDANCE. With the ergonomic handle, you can keep a firm grip on your power tool and carry out cuts precisely, even when dealing with very hard stone. The curved handle offers you an optimised grip position and the highest level of comfort when working.

Equipped with the innovative, electronically controlled STIHL Injection system, the powerful STIHL 2-MIX engine of this professional cut-off machine guarantees very good running characteristics and high torque. Reduced emissions and efficient fuel consumption are further advantages of the innovative engine technology.

The TS 910i can be started in just 2 steps – and the STIHL Injection, STIHL ElastoStart with wear-resistant starter cord and decompression valve enable a simple, smooth start-up process without jerky loads.

The TS 910i engine cut-off machine is suitable for cutting depths of up to 145 mm and can be hand-held. The ergonomic handle design and, in particular, the STIHL anti-vibration system ensure your muscles and joints are protected while you work. The design of the anti-vibration system also helps you to guide the power tool precisely when cutting. We recommend using the optional STIHL FW 20 Cutquik cart, which can be used with an adapter, for precise cuts and longer cutting distances – for example in road construction.

The positioning of the water connection for binding dust to the cutting wheel also helps you to work effectively, while the long-life air filter system extends intervals between cleaning and so ensure a longer uninterrupted working time. The TS 910i drive can easily be retensioned using the semi-automatic belt tensioning function, which extends the life of the belt and bearing. This petrol cut-off machine can also be optionally equipped with a STIHL Smart Connector so can, for example, access all recorded device dataa any time, always have a precise insight into the operating time of the device and can plan necessary maintenance in advance.
