Level 2 allows you to call up full power. This means that you can either work particularly energy-efficiently or use all the power of the tool when you need it.
FOR SAFE STORAGE. The power tool has an integrated carrying ring. This allows you to store your power tool safely and compactly.
When used in conjunction with a harness, the bike handle enables a smooth mowing action and reduces fatigue, making it perfect for working on large areas and allowing for effortless tool guidance.
SET THE BIKE HANDLE POSITION. You can individually adjust the ergonomic bike handle (mowing handle) using the central clamping device. Thanks to the tool-free handle adjustment, you do not need any tools for this. The bike handle can be rotated 90 degrees for transport and space-saving storage.
LOW-MAINTENANCE AND EFFICIENT. Thanks to its compact design, low weight and high efficiency, the EC engine enables you to work in an energy efficient manner. This engine also has a long service life.

The brushless EC motor offers variable speed control with two levels on the control handle. For lighter tasks like edging, the ECO mode (level 1) conserves energy and extends battery life. For tougher challenges, like cutting through thick grass or scrub, switch to level 2 for full power. The speed automatically adjusts to match the cutting tool attached and can be varied.
The STIHL FSA 80 comes standard with the STIHL Grass Blade 230-2 Mowing Head. A wide array of other cutting tools and mowing heads are available to suit your specific needs. The adjustable suspension loop makes it easy to attach the standard STIHL double shoulder harness, ensuring comfortable use without the need for tools. Additionally, the line trimmer features a carrying ring for convenient storage.
