SPLASHWATER PROTECTION. The IPX protection classes define the moisture protection of electrical or electronic devices. The moisture protection test is defined in different stages. IPX4 certifies protection against splashwater from all sides. Battery-powered tools with this certification are therefore designed for daily use, even in rainy conditions.
SGA 30 battery sprayer for convenient, precise and even application of liquid pesticides and plant care products
The STIHL SGA 30 battery sprayer from the AS System is designed specifically for plant protection and care in home gardens. It can be used to apply liquid treatments for fungal issues, pest control, fertilising, and weed management in small to medium‑sized gardens. Throughout the entire battery runtime, the SGA 30 ensures an even, consistent spray pattern.
The sprayer is easy to operate and offers stepless pressure adjustment between 1.5 and 2.5 bar, allowing you to tailor the flow rate to each task. The pump head automatically switches off when the tank is empty or when the tool hasn’t been used for a while, helping extend battery life. An LED charge‑level indicator keeps remaining battery capacity clearly visible. With its carrying strap and soft‑grip handle, the SGA 30 is comfortable and ergonomic to carry.
Alongside the robust 5‑litre spray tank, the set includes a level indicator, pressure relief valve, an adjustable spray lance (52 cm to 90 cm) with a variable nozzle, an adjustable carrying strap, and the STIHL PKA 30 pump head. You can also enhance the sprayer with STIHL’s wide range of accessories for garden plant care.
The included PKA 30 pump head is compatible with the STIHL SG 21 and SG 31 sprayers, as well as the manual STIHL pressurised water tank for mobile water supply to cut‑off machines.
The STIHL SGA 30 also features verified splash‑water protection. Its durability has been confirmed through rigorous internal testing and certified to the IPX4 protection standard.
