The STIHL SGA 60 backpack battery sprayer from the STIHL AK System is designed for plant protection and care in larger private gardens, as well as for semi‑professional users such as small garden centres or secondary businesses. It’s suitable for applying liquid treatments for fungal issues, pest control, fertilising, and weed management.
The SGA 60 is straightforward to operate. It delivers a consistently high operating pressure throughout the entire battery runtime, and its large 15‑litre transparent tank with level indicator, durable diaphragm pump, and five included nozzles make it well equipped for a wide range of tasks in fruit, vegetable, garden, and plantation cultivation. The modular harness system—with padded back support and individually adjustable shoulder, chest, and hip straps—ensures even weight distribution and comfortable, low‑fatigue work, even over long periods.
A filler sieve in the large opening and an internal filter help prevent dirt from entering the tank, pump, or nozzles, supporting uninterrupted operation. For precise spray results, the supplied single, dual, quad, fan‑jet, and variable nozzles can be swapped quickly and easily. An included adapter also allows the use of additional STIHL accessory nozzles. The spray lance can be conveniently attached to the sprayer for transport, filling, and tidy storage.
The STIHL SGA 60 features verified splash‑water protection. Its durability has been confirmed through rigorous internal testing and certified to the IPX4 protection standard.
